• Positive reception of the new campaign of PGE - company that is changing itself and is able to lead and support its clients in a changing environment;
• Intensive work on extending the scope of available information in the ESG area;
• PGE in the process of building the Group's strength based on renewable and low-emission sources.

The largest wind farm on the Baltic Sea

• Signing of the agreement with Enea and Tauron on conditional contracts for the sale of shares in four JV companies.
• Initiation, jointly with Ørsted, of the process of individual negotiations with the European Commission regarding the determination of an individual price in a contract for difference for the joint offshore wind farm project.
• Work on obtaining further necessary decisions and permits related to the development of the Baltica -1 project.
• Signing a letter of intent with Ustka regarding the possibility of locating a service port in Ustka.
• Cooperation with the Institute of Scientific Machines of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Gdańsk - implementation of a project in the field of air flow through offshore installations.

Investments in renewable energy and energy storage

• Preparations for the implementation of the PV Augustynka farm with a capacity of 25 MW in the Podlaskie voivodeship - planned commissioning in 2023.
• Signing a contract with Raben Group - construction of PV farms that fully meet the Group's needs in Poland.
• Launch of a service center for servicing wind farms and PV farms of the PGE Group - established at the turn of 2021 and 2022 in the vicinity of Bełchatów.
• Signing a letter of intent with the Ministry of Climate and Environment and the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management regarding investments in pumped-storage power plants.
