The record dates are December 16, 2016, December 30, 2016, February 02, 2017 and ex-dates are December 14, 2016, December 28, 2016 and February 15, 2017 respectively, payable on December 30, 2016, January 09, 2017 and February 28, 2017.
PGIM High Yield Bond Fund, Inc. (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fundâs investment objective is to provide a high level of current income. The Fund is focused on investing at least 80% of its investable assets in a diversified portfolio of high yield fixed income instruments that are rated below investment grade with varying maturities and other investments, including derivatives with similar economic characteristics. The Fund may invest up to 20% of its investable assets in United States currency denominated and/or foreign currency denominated fixed income instruments issued by foreign issuers. The Fund invests in various industries, which include telecommunications, oil and gas, affiliated mutual fund, commercial services, home builders, healthcare services, chemicals, entertainment, pipelines, electric, software, foods, real estate investment trusts (REITs), mining and computers.
