PGIM High Yield Bond Fund, Inc. (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fundâs investment objective is to provide a high level of current income. The Fund is focused on investing at least 80% of its investable assets in a diversified portfolio of high yield fixed income instruments that are rated below investment grade with varying maturities and other investments, including derivatives with similar economic characteristics. The Fund may invest up to 20% of its investable assets in United States currency denominated and/or foreign currency denominated fixed income instruments issued by foreign issuers.
