Pharmaron Beijing Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300759) has entered into a definitive Asset Purchase Agreement to acquire Coventry API manufacturing site of Noramco, Inc. on May 24, 2022. The transaction is expected to close upon the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. O'Melveny acted as legal advisor and Ernst & Young acted as financial advisor to Pharmaron.
