Phat Dat Corporation (HOSE: PDR) asserts that PDR has no ownership and controlling interest in Truong Phat Loc Shipping Trading Joint Stock Company (TPL Shipping). (According to the Enterprise Registration Certificate No. 0309613530 of Truong Phat Loc Shipping Trading Joint Stock Company with the 12th amendment on 21st May 2019, and the Shareholder Registration Book).
