On October 19, 2021, Philip Morris International Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2021. In connection with the previous announcement by the Company on October 1, 2021, and in relation to the previously announced tender offer to acquire Vectura Group plc ("Vectura"), it was confirmed today that Vectura has been delisted from the London Stock Exchange's Main Market.
