Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

The Board of Directors of Phillips Edison & Company, Inc. (the "Company") approved distributions for September and October 2022 to its stockholders of record at the close of business on September 16, 2022 and October 17, 2022, respectively, equal to a monthly amount of $0.0933 per share. The Company's September and October 2022 distributions are expected to be made on or around October 3, 2022 and November 1, 2022, respectively.

On September 6, 2022, the Company issued a press release announcing an increase in the monthly distribution and the declaration of the September and October 2022 distributions. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
