It is an owner and operator of grocery-anchored neighborhood shopping centers. In addition to managing its own shopping centers, its third-party investment management business provides comprehensive real estate and asset management services to three unconsolidated institutional joint ventures, Grocery Retail Partners I LLC, Necessity Retail Venture LLC, and Necessity Retail Partners, in which it has partial ownership interests, and one private fund. Its Neighbors are a mix of national, regional, and local retailers that primarily provide necessity-based goods and services. The Company's wholly owned portfolio consists of more than 331 properties, including 290 wholly owned centers comprising 32.9 million square feet across 31 states and 21 shopping centers owned in two institutional joint ventures.
