Phoenix Tours International, Inc. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2019. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 903.117 million compared to TWD 837.930 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 64.147 million compared to TWD 46.867 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 64.420 million compared to TWD 35.812 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 1.05 compared to TWD 0.58 a year ago. For the half year, sales was TWD 1,430.061 million compared to TWD 1,330.193 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 97.994 million compared to TWD 67.920 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 95.102 million compared to TWD 54.819 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 1.55 compared to TWD 0.89 a year ago.

The Ticketing segment is mainly engaged in the booking of air tickets, hotels, related documents and the leasing of transportation equipment. The Company mainly operates its businesses in domestic market.
