Phreesia, Inc. Names Lainie Goldstein to Its Board of Directors

Phreesia, Inc. announced it has named Lainie Goldstein as the newest member of its board of directors, effective July 20. Ms. Goldstein is the Chief Financial Officer of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., a leading global interactive entertainment company, where she oversees finance, investor relations and corporate communications. Ms. Goldstein is a CPA with more than 30 years of financial and business experience in the software, entertainment, retail and apparel industries. Prior to joining Take-Two, she was Vice President of Finance and Business Development at Nautica Enterprises, Inc. She also worked in the audit and reorganization departments at Grant Thornton LLP.
Phreesia, Inc. is a provider of comprehensive software solutions that improve the operational and financial performance of healthcare organizations. The Company's solutions include software-as-a-service (SaaS)-based integrated tools that manage patient access, registration and payments. In addition, its solutions include clinical assessments to screen patients for a variety of physical, behavioral and mental health conditions, helping providers to understand their patients and connect them to needed services, resulting in improved health outcomes.
