The shares will be issued at par. The transaction is expected to be completed in 2017. The shares are restricted to transfer within one year from closing of the transaction. Post the closing, the charter capital of the company will be increased to VND 1,081,020,340,000. The transaction is pending approval from the shareholders of the company.
