Its portfolio consists of approximately 277 health care properties located in 32 states with approximately 15,528,879 net leasable square feet. Its properties are located in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine and others.
