PI Industries Limited announced pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the company informed that due to personal reasons, Mr. Rajiv Batra, Group Chief Financial Officer (KMP) of the Company has relinquished his office with effect from closing hours of July 31, 2021. The company further inform that based on the recommendation(s) of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee & Audit Committee, the Board of Directors in its meeting held on that is July 30, 2021 has approved the appointment of Mr. Manikantan Viswanathan as Chief Financial Officer ("Key Managerial Personnel") of the Company with effect from August 01, 2021.
