Picton Mahoney Asset Management Declares Cash Distribution of Picton Mahoney Fortified Income Alternative Fund for the Month of August 2021, Payable on August 31, 2021

Picton Mahoney Asset Management announced that it has declared the August 2021 monthly cash distribution of $0.0228 per unit for the ETF units of the Picton Mahoney Fortified Income Alternative Fund. Unitholders of record of the ETF Units, at the close of business on August 24, 2021, will receive a per-unit cash distribution payable on August 31, 2021.
