On the same date, the company received around INR 5200 million led by Singularity Growth Opportunities Fund-1, a fund managed by returning investor Singularity AMC LLP in a round of funding. The transaction included participation from Pidilite Industries Limited, returning investors Iron Pillar Capital Management Ltd, Beenext Pte. Ltd., Blume Venture Advisors Pvt. Ltd., Sparkle Fund, AmTrust and family offices.
Pidilite Industries Limited is an India-based manufacturer of adhesives and sealants, construction chemicals, craftsmen products, DIY (Do-It-Yourself) products, and polymer emulsions. The Company, together with its subsidiaries, is focused on consumer and industrial specialty chemicals.
