Pidilite Industries Limited informed that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23rd October, 2024, appointed Mr. Sandeep Tanwani, Chief Marketing Officer as a Senior Management Personnel of the Company w.e.f. 23rd October, 2024. Mr. Tanwani upon integration, will be taking over from Mr. Manish Dubey, who will be taking up the role of Chief Business Officer - Fevicol Division in the Company. Mr. Manish Dubey will continue to be a Senior Management Personnel of the Company.
