Pidilite Industries Limited announced that Mr. Joseph Varghese, the Whole Time Director designated as Director-Operations, has resigned from his position due to personal reasons stated in his resignation letter. His resignation will be effective from the close of business hours on July 31, 2025. Consequently, Mr. Varghese will also cease to be a Member of the Risk Management Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Company.
