Börsveckan gives buy advice for Pierce and Autostore
After many twists and turns and acquisitions, the first half of the year has been a hit for the advertising and matching platform Media and Games Invest, which now goes by the name Verve. Börsveckan leans towards waiting and letting Verve prove itself in the first half of 2025 before considering buying the share. The advice is thus to wait.
The dream wins, they say. After a number of dismal quarters, restructuring and cost-cutting are finally starting to bite for Pierce, the e-commerce company that sells motorcycle gear. Profitability is rising despite low growth and a stronger market would be a clear trigger for the share price. The newspaper's recommendation is buy.
Finnish energy company Fortum has delivered a nice double-digit return in the past year with very low profit expectations at the start. Börsveckan chooses to drop its buy recommendation from last fall and lowers the recommendation to wait.
Norwegian warehouse automation company Autostore has seen its share price fall by 40 percent since the magazine's advice to wait in June. "Now we see a good buying opportunity", Börsveckan writes.
