Business description: Pierre & Vacances

Pierre & Vacances is a leading European operator of tourist residences and villages. Net sales break down by activity as follows:

- operation of residences and villages (96.3%): manages, at the end of September 2024, a total of 49,349 apartments and houses under the banners Pierre et Vacances (16,337 apartments), Center Parcs, Sunparks and Villages Nature (18,304) and Adagio (14,708);

- real estate development (3.7%): primarily developing and selling renovated homes or new homes to individuals and institutional investors and construction and sales of residences for active seniors.

Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: France (51.5%), the Netherlands (17.7%), Germany (13.8%), Belgium (11.3%) and Spain (5.7%).
