Annual General Meeting (Meeting) of Pilbara Minerals Limited (ACN 112 425 788) (Pilbara Minerals or the Company) to be held at The University Club of Western Australia, Hackett Drive, Crawley, Western Australia on Tuesday, 16 November 2021 at 2:00pm (AWST).

The Board has made the decision that it will hold the Meeting in a hybrid format, being physically as well as virtually using the Lumi online meeting platform. The meeting will also be webcast and online attendees will have the ability to cast votes online and to ask questions verbally or in writing in real-time. In accordance with the Treasury Laws Amendment (2021 Measures No. 1) Act 2021 (Cth), the Company will not be despatching physical copies of the Notice of Meeting (Notice).

Instead, a copy of the Notice will be available under the 'ASX announcements' section of the Company's website at www.pilbaraminerals.com.au. If you have not elected to receive notices by email, a copy of this letter and your personalised proxy form will be posted out to you for your convenience. Shareholders are encouraged to complete and lodge their proxies online or otherwise in accordance with the instructions set out in the proxy form and the Notice. The Notice is important and should be read in its entirety. If you are in doubt as to the course of action you should follow, you should consult your adviser.

How you can participate in the Meeting online Shareholders can participate in the Meeting online using one of the following methods: a) From a computer, by entering the URL in the browser: https://web.lumiagm.com/380-461-733 b) From a mobile device, by entering the URL in the browser: https://web.lumiagm.com/380-461-733 The Lumi online platform will allow shareholders to listen to the Meeting, vote and ask questions online in real time.

Visitors to the Meeting will be able to listen to the Meeting via the Lumi online platform but will not have access to vote or ask questions.
