On September 30, 2021, Adriana Carpenter stepped down as the Chief Accounting Officer and principal accounting officer of Ping Identity Holding Corp. (the "Company"). Effective September 30, 2021, Raj Dani, the Company's current Chief Financial Officer and principal financial officer, assumed the additional duties of the Company's principal accounting officer.

Mr. Dani's biography was previously reported in our most recent Definitive Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 25, 2021.
