Pinterest, Inc. Announces Resignation of Evan Sharp as Chief Design and Creative Officer, Effective October 15, 2021

On October 12, 2021, Evan Sharp informed Pinterest, Inc. that he will resign from his position as the Chief Design and Creative Officer of Pinterest, effective as of October 15, 2021. Mr. Sharp will serve as an advisor to Pinterest through the date of Pinterest’s 2024 annual meeting of stockholder pursuant to a Consulting Agreement entered into with him dated October 13, 2021. Mr. Sharp continuing to work with him as an advisor and member of the board of directors.
