Piraeus Financial Holdings S.A. (hereinafter "the Company") announces that, further to the notification received on 19.03.2021 and according to article 19 of the Regulation (EC)
596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16th April 2014 ("the Regulation") and law 3556/2007, the company under the name «HELLENIC EXCHANGES - ATHENS STOCK EXCHANGE S.A.» proceeded on 18.03.2021 with the disposal of 668,265 common shares of the Company for a total value of 500,136.44 Euros. "HELLENIC EXCHANGES - ATHENS STOCK EXCHANGE S.A" is a closely associated legal person, pursuant to the provisions of article 3 of the above mentioned Regulation, with Mr. George Handjinicolaou, father's name Peter, Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of the Company.
