China's Li Fanrong to be Sinochem chairman

BEIJING (Reuters) - China has appointed Li Fanrong as the new chairman of state-owned Sinochem Holdings Co Ltd, the company said on Friday.

Li, previously a general manager, replaces former chairman Ning Gaoning, the company said on its website.
