Pirelli, Brembo sells entire 5.58 percent stake held, collects 282.9 million euros

Brembo completely exits Pirelli's capital, selling the 5.58 percent it held in the company at a price of 5.07 euros per share.

According to a statement, the sale of the entire stake in Pirelli took place through the accelerated bookbuilding procedure. The shareholder sold 55,800,000 shares to institutional investors.

The total consideration was 282.9 million euros.

Pirelli shares closed yesterday on the stock market at 5.342 euros.

Pirelli & C. S.p.A. specializes in the manufacturing and marketing of tires for light vehicles and two-wheeled vehicles. Net sales break down by source of revenue between product sales (97.3%) and services (2.7%). At the end of 2023, the group operated 18 manufacturing sites in the world. Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Europe (39%), North America (25.7%), Asia/Pacific (16.8%), South America (12%), Russia/Nordic countries/Middle East/Africa/India (6.5%).
