1. Contents of transaction, including civil rights and obligations being determined, modified or terminated by means of major transaction: Lender shall provide to Borrower monetary funds in amount of RUB 47,000,000,000.00 (Forty-sevenbillion), and Borrower undertakes to repay provided loan amount to Lender. Loan may be provided by Lender in full or in parts in accordance with Borrower's written application(s) made in form established by Appendix No. 1 to loan agreement No. 1-643-1-1dated December 21, 2020.

1. Period of obligations under major transaction: Loan is provided for period up to December 31, 2020. Unless, ten (10) business days before end of period of loan, neither party states otherwise in writing, period of loan will be extended by one year (up to December 31 of following year). This rule applies to period of loan in each successive year.
