Between October 28 and November 7 when Russia announced non-working days and other pandemic restrictions, one million people signed up on the Gosuslugi public services website via SberBank Online, which is 40% more than in the weeks before that. They received verified user accounts in only a couple of clicks.

The number of SberBank Online-assisted registrations on Gosuslugi grows by the year. It stood at 1.6 million people in 2019, 6.4 million in 2020, and 9 million year-to-date. Over 18 million users have registered on Gususlugi using SberBank Online since the service rollout.

Registration and account confirmation options can be found in the Services section of the Gosuslugi showcase, which also features a wide list of public services. For instance, you can order an electronic employment record book, a 2-NDFL certificate, a pension statement, receive insurance payouts on deposits, register your business, change the pension account, and get advice on QR codes from the robot Max. During non-working days - October 28 through November 7 - 500,000 people consulted Max on QR codes in the Salute application.

Pyotr Dneprovsky, director of State Products and Services, Sberbank:

"We keep working on the integration between SberBank Online and Gosuslugi together with the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation to make banking and public services more convenient and accessible for Russians."
