PJSC Sberbank : Global Finance declares Sber best digital bank in Russia for individual and corporate clients

Global Finance has named the winners for the 2021 World's Best Digital Corporate/Institutional Bank Awards for Central and Eastern Europe. Sber won in both its national categories and was declared the best digital bank in Russia. Sber was also successful in another seven categories and was deemed the best digital financial institution in Central and Eastern Europe in several areas of business.

In terms of outreach, Sber won Global Finance awards in the following categories: Best Website Design, Best Mobile Banking Adaptive Site, Best in Social Media Marketing and Services, and Best Open Banking APIs.

In the corporate sector, Sber was victorious in Best Information Security and Fraud Management, Best in Social Media Marketing and Services, and Best Open Banking APIs.

As highlighted in the reports, the winning banks were selected based on the following criteria: strength of strategy for attracting and servicing digital customers, success in getting clients to use digital offerings, breadth of product offerings, evidence of tangible benefits gained from digital initiatives, and web/mobile site design and functionality.
