PJSC Sberbank : Sber AI and CopyMonkey.ai create AI copywriter generating unique product descriptions in seconds

Sber AI and CopyMonkey.ai, a startup, have created an AI copywriter, the first Russian language service creating unique product descriptions for online stores and marketplaces. It was developed using Sber's ruGPT-3 model, a brainchild of Sber AI, SberDevices, and SberCloud. Sber AI professionals trained the model further using product descriptions on marketplaces.

On the back of growing e-commerce, online stores have to create an increasing number of texts of all kinds, such as product descriptions, reviews, answers to customer feedback, etc. All these texts need to be of high quality, but at the same time they are pretty standard and have practical nature. Artificial intelligence allows stores to save much time, effort, and money when writing unique texts, which is particularly relevant for big companies that offer a raft of products. Sber is soon presenting more scenarios where the ruGPT-3 model is used for business purposes, including those that boost business efficiency and improve the quality of customer interactions.

Analyzing a dataset (set of examples), the generative model 'understands' the text format its user seeks to have and creates new texts. Shortly, it will be possible to customize chat bots, write scripts for call centers, and much more. In the future, Sber AI plans to train multimodal models to generate images, video, audio and other content in addition to corporate texts.
