SberBank and FSK Group of Companies are marketing an all-new subsidies program free of government support: annual rates starting at 6.6% apply to existing and construction-stage housing.

The rate will be frozen for the entire lending term of 12 to 20 years, with down payments starting at 15%. Clients are free to choose one of the three options to reduce the rate and monthly payments. For instance, the monthly payment for a 6.6% rate will reach RUB 42,800 when buying a one-room apartment in the Dutch Quarters apartment complex for RUB 6,700,000 with a 20-year mortgage loan of RUB 5,695,000 and a 15% down payment.
