PJSC Sberbank : Sber and SberUniversity launch joint courses at Agile Competence Center

Sber announces the launch of Agile Competence Center. It's an educational project that will train anyone and everyone to introduce and manage change flexibly.

Sber is entering the market with its flexible response courses due to the experience it has gained while carrying out the world's largest agile transformation, its biggest agile community in Russia, and professional coaches.

The first programs students can sign up for are KSD (Kanban System Design), KSI (Kanban Systems Improvement), and the Scrum Master School (level one).

The first KSD and KSI batches to be taught by Sber's certified agile coaches are launching this October. Each program will last for five days, have online classes and teach real-life cases encountered at Sber and elsewhere. Thanks to the partnership between SberUniversity and Kanban University, course graduates will receive certificates verified by KU and a state-recognized certificate of advanced training after successfully passing SberUniversity's final test.

The first level scrum master school is also launching in October. Teaching a unique ten-week online course designed by Sber professionals, it will include practice, feedback throughout the course, and five hours of personal mentorship from coaches when you can work on your own case studies. After successfully passing the final test, students will receive a state-recognized certificate of professional development. Course graduates will have a chance to be in an internship at Sber as an agile coach.
