In 2021, Sber, in conjunction with its major corporate clients, completed over 500 transactions and projects in the framework of digital and ecosystem services. The projects included the creation of client strategies for digital and ESG transformation, the creation of digital channels of interaction with clients and e-commerce sites, automation of control over employee and business process efficiency, optimization of IT infrastructure and rebuilding it for digital transformation-related tasks, and implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, blockchain, machine vision, biometrics, etc.).

The aforementioned projects have already allowed Sber's corporate clients to cut costs (up to 30% for separate internal functions, up to 15% for IT infrastructure), increase employee efficiency (up to 70% for a number of functions), and increase profit (up to 5% in certain areas). Conversion in sales channels has also risen (up to 10% for digital channels) and transaction time has decreased (up to 35%).

Olga Kharlamova, vice president, director of Key Client Lending, Sberbank:

"In addition to being a bank, we have always served as a financial advisor to our clients. Today, Sber is strengthening this role and guiding the digital transformation of Russia's largest businesses. We offer comprehensive technological services as well as classic banking products. We consider the needs and characteristics of each client's business and provide them with the best solutions regardless of their geographical presence, taking into account industry specifics. Today, every third holding company serviced by Sber already uses our ecosystem products. By the end of 2023, we plan to grow the income from sales of such digital and ecosystem services by a factor of five, which will allow the biggest Russian businesses to significantly increase their own efficiency."

Depending on the industry, different projects are prioritized. In the oil and gas industry, logistics platforms, audio and video recognition for occupational safety, a unified communication environment, and the automation of situational centers are of great importance.

In the transport industry, important issues include the use of biometric technology and the introduction of loyalty programs and individual Sber Group ecosystem services for passengers using different types of transport.

In real estate, priority projects include the management of the developer's E2E sales process, the digitalization of management companies, comprehensive analytical solutions, and unique marketing mechanics.
