Sber, its ecosystem company Delovaya Sreda, and ANO Moscow Export Center have launched the first batch of their educational program for domestic exporters in the FMCG market.

The Export Accelerator by Delovaya Sreda is geared toward developing competencies and practical skills in analyzing foreign markets, building an optimal export model, and ensuring secure deals. Students of the two-month program and expert practitioners will go from selecting target markets to defending a strategy for exporting to foreign countries. Entrepreneurs will also be able to meet with overseas buyers during Sber's online business missions.

The program is designed for manufacturers of food, beverages, cosmetics, dietary supplements, sports nutrition and complementary goods wishing to enter the markets of China, India, Belarus, and Kazakhstan.

Natalia Goludina, adviser to deputy chairman of the Executive Board, Sberbank:

"Our export accelerator gives answers to the key questions an exporter has: how to determine whether your products have export potential, how to choose a country and a sales market, adapt a product to a country, build a sustainable sales model abroad, secure a safe deal, and deliver goods to a buyer. Accelerator students will learn how to analyze the market, test hypotheses, adapt their products, implement deals, deliver goods, choose channels and sales strategies. This knowledge is the key to a successful start of exports and an increase in profits. This is exactly what Sber's FEA mission is - to help domestic manufacturers realize their export potential so that Russian goods take their rightful place on the shelves of foreign supermarkets and in online stores around the world."
