Sberbank announces the business hours of its branches on February 22-24 and March 5-9, 2020, amid two national holidays, Defender of the Fatherland Day and International Women's Day.

February 22 (Tuesday): Sberbank branches will have a standard business day, closing one hour ahead of schedule.

February 23 (Wednesday): a non-working day. Only select branches will operate. Their list is available in the SberBank Online mobile application - On the Map, Branches and ATMs. Corporate customers will not be served at Sberbank branches.

February 24 (Thursday): a standard business day, starting 30 minutes earlier. Corporate branches will stick to their usual schedule.

March 5 (Saturday): Sberbank branches will stick to the Monday schedule, closing 30-60 minutes earlier. Corporate branches will also have the Monday schedule, closing one hour earlier.

March 6 (Sunday): the only operating branches will be those that are usually open Sundays.

March 7 (Monday): the only operating branches will be those that are usually open Saturdays.

March 8 (Tuesday): a non-working day. Only select branches will operate.

March 6-8: Corporate customers will not be served at Sberbank branches.

March 9 (Wednesday): a standard business day. However, the branches will open 30 minutes earlier. Corporate branches will stick to their usual schedule.

The working hours differ for each branch. They are available in Sberbank branches, the SberBank Online and SberBusiness mobile applications, and on the bank's website.

Installment payments on corporate loans scheduled to be made on February 23, March 6, 7, 8 will be debited on the first business day after non-working days. Installments scheduled for February 22, 24, March 5 and 9 will be debited as usual.

Installment payments on individual loans scheduled for February 22, 23 and 24, March 5, 8 and 9 will be debited as usual. According to the terms of the loan, the payment can be made before the first business day inclusive without any delay if the payment date is a weekend or holiday (February 23, March 6-8).

The prolongation of deposits maturing on February 23 will be moved to February 24; the prolongation of deposits maturing on March 6 will be moved to March 7; for savings accounts maturing on March 8, prolongation will be moved to March 9. Prolongations on February 22 and 24, March 5, 7, and 9 will be performed routinely.

If clients decide they need their money before the end of the deposit term, they can withdraw their funds without any restrictions on any day using SberBank Online or a Sberbank branch during its business hours.

You can apply for a SberCard Debit or Credit on non-working days and weekends in the SberBank Online mobile app. To make a debit card available for use immediately, click the "Let's go without plastic" button. At the final step of applying for a SberCard credit in the mobile application, you will be allowed to start using the credit card immediately online, and free delivery of a physical card can be ordered to a convenient address and at a convenient time.

ATMs and self-service terminals inside 24/7 areas will operate routinely on the aforementioned days. Most of the transactions can be made using the SberBank Online mobile app, which is available 24/7.
