Here at Sber we wondered about this and decided to find out the answer and share it with clients in time for Random Acts of Kindness Day, celebrated worldwide on February 17.

We asked well-known instructor and author of parenting books Dima Zitser some of our most pressing questions about parenting. His answers have been added to the Salute virtual assistant family's knowledge library. Users can now ask the assistants for advice on parenting and their relationship with their children at any time. The assistants will also help them find the answers to questions about children and teenagers' physical and psychological health.

To find the tips, just ask the Salute assistants how to prepare a child for school, how to strengthen a child's immune system, how to help your child grow, how to enroll a child in kindergarten, or any other questions you may have. If you simply say, "Show me Dima Zitser's answers," the assistant will display a large selection of the teacher's answers to the questions that most concern parents. Access them on the SberBank Online and Salute mobile apps, all Sber smart devices, and televisions running Salute TV.

If you are a parent or plan on becoming one, we also recommend subscribing to the Happy Parent channel in SberBank Online, where we publish interesting posts on topical parenting and childhood issues twice weekly.

Atyom Mogilin, acting director, Special Solutions, Sberbank:

"We have been collecting expert knowledge and useful tips to improve the lives of parents and children for some time now. That is why we have expanded the capabilities of the Salute virtual assistants. You can now get important tips and suggestions on ensuring your children are healthy and happy and that harmony reigns in your family. We have also paid particular attention to issues such as child and family benefits. We have prepared instructions and lists of documents for signing your children up for kindergarten or sports clubs, so that you will have more time for your loved ones. We intend to further develop this area and update it with new information in 2022."
