This year, Sber has swept awards in as many as five categories at CX World Awards, and some of the bank's other projects have been commended by the jury.

The Best Customer Experience in B2C - Finance and Insurance award went to a project called 'Comprehensive customer experience in risk insurance via online channels.'

'Corporate customer insurance via SberBusiness' won in another corporate category recognizing B2B customer experience, and the 'Thank you business' project, a loyalty program for companies, was commended by the jury.

Sber also won an award for the inclusive treatment of corporate customers in the Client-Centered Approach category. SberWorks, yet another entry in this category, was commended by the jury.

The SberCare team won in the Multichannel Customer Experience category. 'The social media team' won in the category Client Interaction Team in Social Media.

SberPay, SberFactoring, SberParent, Finance Simply Explained, SberHappyScore, and SberKids projects were also commended by the jury.
