PJSC Tatneft : TATNEFT and ZENIT Bank Advance Educational Programs

The first educational program for retraining and advanced training of banking personnel, launched by TATNEFT and ZENIT Bank in 2021, was completed.

The ceremonial event of presenting diplomas to graduates took place at the "Neftche" recreation center in Almetyevsk.

232 students were trained, including the students of the Almetyevsk State Petroleum Institute (AGNI) and bank employees. Diplomas were presented to the graduates by Alexander Tishchenko, the Board Chairman of ZENIT Bank.

The program, implemented jointly with the Almetyevsk State Petroleum Institute, made it possible to deepen the existing competencies of banking professionals.

The course participants were acquainted with legislative innovations, and studied the processes of product development, risk management, customer experience development, as well as features of the modern securities market and banking digital technologies. The students learned the intricacies of developing and selling credit, debit, and commission products based on real case examples.

The high contribution of the teaching staff to the implementation of the project was mentioned at the diploma presentation ceremony. As a result of the training course four of the course graduates joined the ZENIT Bank team.

Alexander Tishchenko, the Board Chairman of ZENIT Bank said: "Short-term retraining programs allow getting exactly the knowledge and skills in an intensive mode that are in demand in the chosen field. The project was implemented as part of a larger project aimed at creating highly skilled job positions. This initiative both solves the recruitment issues of the bank and contributes to strengthening the human resources potential of the region. We plan to continue the implementation of the program and expand its content in the future".
