Please be advised that as of January 4th, 2021 we amend the content of the Rules for issuance and use of business credit card and as of January 18th, 2021 - Rules for issuance and use of business charge card (Rules).

The amendment of the Rules is related to the Bank's compliance with the Act amending certain acts to reduce the regulatory obligations, which extends the standards of legal protection (amendments in abusive clauses) provided so far for consumers to entrepreneurs operating on the basis of CEIDG.

The main amendments in the Rules concern:

  1. the premises for changing interest rates and the Tariff,
  2. the termination of the account agreement.

Other amendments to the Rules are of formal nature.

In line with the applicable Regulations, if you do not agree for changes in the Rules, you have a right to terminate the current credit/charge cards agreement maintaining a 30-day notice period. This should be done within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the notification. If we do not receive your notice of termination, we will assume that you accept the changes. In case of any questions, please contact us.
