Notification of Change of Auditor

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.16.3, Platinum Asset Management Limited (ASX: PTM)

("Company") announces that with effect from today, Ernst & Young ("EY") has been appointed as auditor of the Company. This appointment follows the resignation of PricewaterhouseCoopers ("PwC") and ASIC's consent to PwC's resignation, in accordance with s329(5) of the Corporations Act 2001.

After a competitive tender process, the Board selected EY to replace PwC for the financial year commencing 1 July 2020 and subsequent financial years, PwC having been the Company's auditor since its initial public offering in 2007.

The Board advises that PwC will remain the auditor for Platinum's1 registered managed investment schemes.

The Board takes this opportunity to thank PwC for their past assistance and the services provided to the Company as auditor.
