Platinum Asset Management Limited advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.2, all the resolutions contained in the 2020 Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) dated 15 October 2020 were passed by shareholders at today's AGM. All resolutions were decided on a poll and as required by section 251AA(2) of the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rule 3.13.2, the proxy and poll information is attached.
