The Board of Plato Income Maximiser Limited has resolved to pay three fully-franked dividends of $0.004 per share payable in April, May and June 2020, payable on 30 April 2020, 29 May 2020 and 30 June 2020 respectively with ex-dividend dates as on 17 April 2020, 14 May 2020, and 15 June 2020 respectively with record dates as on 20 April 2020, 15 May 2020, and 16 June 2020 respectively. This is a reduction from previous recent monthly dividends of $0.005 per share, but is a level the Board feels is prudent given current economic conditions and the related uncertainty on the outlook for Australian company dividends experienced as a result of the COVID-19 virus.
