CREATIVEFORGE GAMES S.A. CreativeForge Games SA announced a private placement of no less than 1 series K share and no more than 666,666 series K shares on October 23, 2017. The shares have a nominal value of PLN 0.23 per share. The transaction will include participation from existing investor PlayWay S.A. (WSE:PLW) and other individual entities to be determined by the management board of the company.
The price per share will be determined by the management board of the company. Post the closing, the share capital of the company will be increased from PLN 460,000 to not less than PLN 460,000.23 and not higher than PLN 613,333.18. The transaction has been approved at its extra ordinary general meeting.
