Movie Games S.A. announced that it has entered into an investment agreement for private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of PLN 1,718,182 on December 9, 2016. The transaction will include participation from returning investors, PlayWay S.A. (WSE:PLW) for PLN 927,273 to hold 51% stake in the company, Income Capital Sp. z o.o, and Aleksy Uchaski.
