PNC Financial Services Group announced that Treasurer Randall King is retiring, effective Sept. 1, after 39 years with the Pittsburgh-based bank. King was appointed to his present post in February 2018 and previously was executive vice president and head of liability and capital management.

He will be succeeded by David Kahn, executive vice president and managing director for PNC's chief investment office, based in New York. Kahn joined PNC in 2005. King is currently a board member and treasurer of HEARTH and a member of the Duquesne University Investment Center Advisory Council.
