PNC Infratech Limited announced that the tenure of Ms. Deepika Mittal and Mr. Ashok Kumar Gupta Independent Directors of the Company have completed on conclusion of the 25 Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 28 September, 2024 hence, Ms. Deepika Mittal and Mr. Ashok Kumar Gupta ceased to be Director of the Company effective from 28 September, 2024. Consequent to the cessation as Director, Ms. Deepika Mittal will also cease to be a Chairperson/Member of Audit Committee, and Member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Ashok Kumar Gupta will also cease to be a Member of Audit Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
