PNE PCB Berhad (PNE or the company) announced Memorandum of understanding between PNE and Jiangyou Starteam Electronic Technology co. Ltd. (JYST). Further to its announcements made by the company on 22 February 2016, 30 August 2016, 30 November 2016, 31 May 2017, 29 August 2017, 27 November 2017, 13 February 2018, 25 May 2018, 27 August 2018, 21 November 2018, 27 February 2019, 28 May 2019, 29 August 2019, 25 November 2019, 26 February 2020, 29 June 2020, 26 August 2020, 25 November 2020, 25 February 2021, 28 May 2021, 25 August 2021, 22 November 2021, 25 February 2022, 31 May 2022, 26 August 2022, 24 November 2022, 23 February 2023, 29 May 2023 and 24 August 2023 pertaining to the Memorandum of Understanding entered into between PNE and JYST to record their intention to enter into a collaboration for the sales and marketing of multi layers printed circuit board business (MOU), the board of directors of PNE announced that there is no material development to the MOU since the last announcement.

The company will make the appropriate announcement on any new development to the MOU, if any.
