ERRATA TO DIRECT TESTIMONIES OF HENRY E. MONROY AND MICHAEL J.

SETTLAGE IN RESPONSE TO APRIL 1, 2022 PROCEDURAL ORDER

Public Service Company of New Mexico ("PNM"), by and through its attorneys, and pursuant to 1.2.2.37(G)(2) NMAC, hereby provides notice of errata to the Direct Testimony of Henry E. Monroy in Response to April 1, 2022 Procedural Order and the Direct Testimony of Michael J. Settlage in Response to April 1, 2022 Procedural Order, filed on April 20, 2022. Due primarily to an inadvertent omission of certain operation and maintenance expense, PNM Exhibit HEM-2 (April 20, 2022) to Mr. Monroy's Direct Testimony incorrectly calculated and understated the estimated revenue requirement associated with San Juan Generating Station ("SJGS") Units 1 and 4 currently included in rates as $83.3 million per year when the correct amount is $98.3 million. The correction to PNM Exhibit HEM-2 (April 20, 2022) also required correction to the following pages of Mr. Monroy's testimony: the list of exhibits on page (i), PNM Table HEM-2 (April 20, 2022) on page 14, line 11 on page 18, line 22 on page 29, and lines 3 and 19 on page 30.

The correction also flowed through exhibits and testimony of Mr. Settlage, requiring corrections to PNM Exhibit MJS-2 (April 20, 2022) and PNM Exhibit MJS-3 (April 20, 2022) as well as Mr. Settlage's testimony at lines 10, 17 and 21 of page 4, lines 1, 5-7, and 20 of page 5, and lines 1, 4, 9, 10, and 12 of page 6. PNM has corrected each referenced exhibit and

the necessary pages of the foregoing testimony and indicated the corrections in the margin of

each affected page. The corrected exhibits and corrected testimony pages are being filed

herewith.
