PNX Metals Limited (ASX: PNX) - Trading Halt

Description

The securities of PNX Metals Limited ('PNX') will be placed in trading halt at the request of PNX, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 30 November 2020 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, PNX Metals Limited (ASX: PNX) hereby requests a trading halt be placed on its quoted fully paid ordinary shares immediately on Thursday, 26th November 2020, pending an announcement by the Company regarding a capital raising.

PNX requests a trading halt until this announcement is released, or the commencement of trading on Monday, 30th November 2020.

PNX Metals Limited is not aware of any reasons why the trading halt should not be granted.

PNX Metals Limited is an Australia-based minerals exploration company. The Company holds a tenement portfolio containing a mix of zinc, gold and silver assets approximately 170 kilometers (km) south of Darwin in the Pine Creek region of the Northern Territory. The Company is focused on the development of its Fountain Head gold and Hayes Creek zinc-gold-silver Projects in parallel with regional exploration. The Moline Project is located approximately 65 km to the east of the Hayes Creek Project. The Hayes Creek Project is prospective for gold and base metals mineralization and comprises four key areas: Moline, School, Tumbling Dice and Hercules. Both the Fountain Head and Hayes Creek Project are located in close proximity to each other in a mining jurisdiction. The Glencoe Project is on a granted mineral lease approximately 170 km south of Darwin and three km north of Fountain Head Gold Project in the Pine Creek region of the Northern Territory.
