Oslo Børs has decided to placePolarcus Limited , ISIN KYG7153K1085, in the Penalty Bench, cf. section 2.10.3 (1) of Oslo Rule Book II - Issuer Rules. This is due to the issuer being in breach of section 4.3.1 (1) of Oslo Rule Book II regarding the deadline for publication of the annual report. Oslo Børs can allocate securities to the Penalty Bench if an issuer fails to comply with the Rules.
