Polaris Media ASA (OB:POL) commences share repurchases on March 6, 2019 under the program mandated by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting held on May 23, 2018. As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase 10% of its own shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price not more than NOK 60 per share and not less than NOK 1 per share. The shares are repurchased for settlement in connection with the acquisition of business. The plan will be valid up to the company's Ordinary General Meeting in 2019, but no later than June 30, 2019.
